Society members can
purchase G3 scale rail and chair components, together with other items
from the Society's 'Shop'. These items are often purchased in bulk by
the Society, and enable members to obtain these essential supplies in
small quantities and at a reasonable price.

|
|
The Society publishes
a high quality Newsletter (Quarterly Magazine) that includes articles,
letters, items for sale, iIlustrations and colour photographs of garden
get-togethers, locomotives and rolling stock. The Newsletter is published
in December, March, June and September. Members joining after April 1st
are entitled to two editions of the Newsletter.

Many members believe
that the main benefit of membership is the ability to meet and exchange
views with other G3 enthusiasts. Our garden get-togethers (and annual
AGM) represent excellent opportunities to gather ideas, exchange views,
ask questions and discover how others have tackled similar problems. However,
some members also appear to gain great satisfaction by simply just watching
the trains go by!
